Liftics Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Liftics ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use the Liftics mobile application.

2. Information Collection

Workout Data: We collect data you input into the app, such as exercises, sets, reps, weight, and notes. This data is stored locally on your device. You can export a backup to Files and restore it on another device. Automatic iCloud synchronization is not currently available.

Usage Data: We collect product usage events to understand how the app is used and improve it. These events may include feature interactions, workout completion counts, purchase flow events, app version, language, platform, and a randomly generated installation identifier. These analytics do not include your name, exercise names, workout notes, or recorded weights. The installation identifier lets us associate events from the same installation; it is not used for advertising tracking.

3. Apple Health

Liftics does not currently read from or write to Apple Health (HealthKit). Your workout history is based on the sets you record in Liftics.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your workout data is stored on your device using the protections provided by iOS. Exported backup and CSV files contain your workout data; you choose where to save and share them. Files saved to a cloud provider are also subject to that provider’s security and privacy practices.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. Usage analytics are sent to our analytics service. Purchases are processed by Apple. Exercise demonstrations may load from the exercise media provider, which receives the network information needed to deliver those files.

6. Children's Privacy

Liftics is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal info, we will delete it immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
